Day by day itinerary
 
 
Day01:Lanzhou [L+D]
Arrive Lanzhou ,capital of Gansu province.Visit the First Bridge on the Yellow
 
Accommodation:Lanzhou .
 
Day02:Lanzhou-Xining [B+L+D]
Take bus to Xinin,capital of Qinhai province.Visit the famous Taer Lamasery
 
Accommodation:Xining
 
Day03Xinin-Qinhai Lake [B+L+D]
Take bus to Qinhai Lake –the biggest salt lake in China ,also the Riyue Mountain.
 
Accommodationg: stay in the tent hotel.
 
Day04:Qinhai Lake-Xining[B+L+D]
Take bus to the Bird Island,back to Xinin.
 
Accommodation:Xinin.
 
Day05:Xining-Zhangye [B+L+D]
After breakfast,take bus to Zhangye ,enjoying the scene on the way.
 
Accommodation:Zhangye.
 
Day06:Zhangye-Jiayuguan [B+L+D]
After breakfast visit the Great Buddha Temple in which there is the biggest
sleeping Buddha indoor in China,34 metres.Then take bus to Jiayuguan, visit the
Jiuquan park on the way.
 
Accommodation:Jiayuguan.
 
Day07:Jiayuguan-Dunhuang [B+L+D]
Visit Jiayuguan Pass-the end of the Great Wall.It was the important military
base in ancient times.Then visit the Overhanging Great Wall.After lunch take bus to
the important town in the Silk Road-Dunhuang.
 
Accommodation:Dunhuang .
 
Day08:Dunhuang-Turpan[B+L+D]
Visit the world famous Mogao Grottoes,there preserved 500 grottoes with
wonderful murals and colourful sculptures.They are the biggest and most
magnificent ones in China.Visit the Minsha Mountain and Crescent Moon
Spring in afternoon. After dinner take train to Turpan where is the lowest place in
China.
At night, enjoy the local speciality-the Banquet at hotel.

Day9:Turpan [B+L+D]
Arrive Turpan ,visit the Flaming Mountain which is flaming under the
sunshine,then the Grape Valley (a kind of irrigation) in the morning, the famous
Islam building-Sugoug Pagoda, it is the symbolism of Turpan. Visit the Jiaohe
 
Accommodation: in Turpan.
 
Day10:Turpan-Urumqi [B+L+D]
After breakfast take bus to Urumqi, capital of Xinjiang province, take bus to
Tianshan Mountain(Heavenly Mountain)and Tianchi(Heavenly Pond),enjoying
the picturesque area.
 
Accommodation: in Urumqi
 
Day11:Exzit Urumqi [B]
After breakfast leave Urumqi by plane.
