Day01: Arrive at Beijing,
Ar rival at the capital city of China - Beijing, our local guide will meet you with the beautiful anadems, and then escort you to your hotel.
Day02: Visit to the Tian'anmen square and forbidden city, Summer Palace and Hutong four to Beijing's old streets.
the Tian'anmen Square where you can feel the heartbeat of China. Bordered by the Great Hall of the People, Mao's Mausoleum and the National Museum of China, Tian'anmen Square has witnessed many of the historical events happened in China since 1911. We then walk to the Forbidden City, the complex of imperial palaces, which were home to the Emperors for over 500 years. Grand halls and courts gradually give way to more intimate domestic quarters, giving an insight into the pampered isolation of the emperors
the Summer Palace, the largest imperial garden in China. The Summer Palace was first built in the Qing emperor Qianlong's time in 1751 and burned down in1860 by the French and British army and restored by the Dowager empress Cixi for her own enjoyment. It became a favorite haunt of Cixi, who preferred it to the Forbidden City, and named it Yihe Yuan meaning the garden of health and harmony. After lunch we will visit Temple of Heaven, a masterpiece of Ming Dynasty architecture, where the Emperors performed annual sacrificial rituals for good harvests

Day03: Visit to The Badaling section of magnificent Great Wall, Ming tombs, Sacred way and Heavenly temple Tian Tan.
Today is the highlight of our China tour, the climbing of the Great Wall of China, which was first built in the Warring States period (475-221BC) as a series of earthworks erected by individual kingdoms as a defense against each other as well as from invasions from the north. Stretching almost 4500 miles from the Baohai Sea to the sands of Central Asia, the Great Wall of China is crowned one of the wonders of the world. The present day wall was left from the Ming dynasty. Day04: Morning flight to Xi'an, transfer to hotel. PM visit to the spectacular Terra Cotta Army from the Qin dynasty(220BC).
Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum: Emperor Qin Shihuang's Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, built on the ruins of Emperor Qin Shihuang's Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses pits, is a modern museum for archaeological excavation, scientific research, exhibitions, cultural relic protection and tourism service. It lies in Lintong District of Xi'an city. Emperor Qin Shihuang' Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum was listed as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO in 1987 and praised as the Eighth Wonder of the World.
Day05: Full day visit to History museum, Wild Goose Pagoda, Grand Mosque and Bazaar at its surrounding. Evening flight to Lanzhou. Overnight at hotel.
Big Wild Goose Pagoda: regarded by many as a symbol of the city Xian, the pagoda was built in 652 A.D. in Tang Dynasty to house the sutras brought back from India by the famous monk Xuan-zang. and Visit the Provincial Museum -a magnificent architectural complex in the Tang Dynasty style. the museum exhibits over 3,000 unearthed historical relics, a small fraction of their collection. And then dirve to Xian Xianyang Airport in the afternoon for departure.
Great Mosque : Like the Great Mosques at Hangzhou, Quanzhou and Guangzhou, the Great Mosque of Xian is thought to have existed as early as the seventh century. The mosque that stands today, however, was begun in 1392 in the twenty-fifth year of the Ming Dynasty. It was ostensibly founded by naval admiral and hajji Cheng Ho, the son of a prestigious Muslim family and famous for clearing the China Sea of pirates. Since the fourteenth century, the mosque has undergone numerous reconstructions. Most of the buildings extant today are from the Ming and Qing Dynasties of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The mosque was constructed on Hua Jue Lane just outside the city walls built by the Ming Dynasty, in what was once the jiao-fang neighborhood for foreigners to the northwest of the city. Today, this neighborhood is part of Xian proper, with the city's famous Drum Tower a block away.
The Muslim Street, is a fantastic place to wonder. All shops and restaurants in the street are operated by Muslims. The stalls lines the narrow alleys sell almost everything you can expect.See off
Shaanxi Historical Museum: The large-scale modern State-class museum, is situated at the western side of the "Wild Goose Pagoda" in Xian City. It covers an area of about 70,000 square meters, the architectural area of which is 55,000 odd square meters. It was completed on June 20, 1991 and open to the public.
Day06: Drive to Liujiaxia reservoir, an hour boat ride to Bingling temple then back to lanzhou to get the train K917 to Lhasa departs at 16:45, o/n Train soft berth.
Liujiaxia Gorge Hydropower StationLiujiaxia Gorge Hydropower Station is situated in the southwest of Yongjing County, Gansu Province. It is 80 kilometers far from Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province. This Liujiaxia Gorge Hydropower Station was designed and constructed all by Chinese in the first Five Year Plan and completed in 1974.
Binglingsi Grottoes is on the cliff of Xiaojishi Hill. Located on a branch of Gansu part of the Silk Road, the Bingling Caves were started by some Buddhist monks from as early as the West Jin Dynasty (265-316) though the official carving began in 420. After many years' work, there are 183 caves existing with 694 stone statues, 82 earth statues and murals of 900 square meters (9, 688 square feet). Another pleasant surprise on your way to Bingling Caves is the beautiful Liujiaxia Reservoir. The crystal water lying among the yellow earth mountains is quite a sight. At the end of the Reservoir, the green water connects to the yellow water while the blue sky connects to the yellow earth. Perhaps this can only be experienced in Liujiaxia.
Day07: Arrive at Lhasa at 22:30, transfer to Hotel for overnight.
Day08: Start the Tibet tour with a visit to the Potala palace and PM excursion to Drepung monastery.
Potala Palace today, it is the symbol of Tibetan people's wisdom and power. Beside the numerous art pieces it stores, you can also have a bird-eye view of the whole Lhasa City and the undulating mountain ranges in distance

Day09: Visiit to Jokhang temple and Bakhor Bazaar around the temple. Visit to the Summer Palace (Norbu Lingkha), Sera Monastery, specially to its pharmacy Institute.
Jokhang Monastery, Lhasa is Tibet's earliest wood-masonry structure dedicated in 647 to a full length stature of Sakyamuni as a 12- year-old boy. It is also in the possession of a collection of cultural relics dating back to the Tang Dynasty, including statures of Songtsan Gambo and Princess Wencheng. Tang architectural elements are palpable in the main hall, a resplendent four-floor building facing west under a gilded rooftop. The walls in the halls are corridors are decorated with mural illustrating the deeds to historical and mythological figures.
Barkhor Street To visit Jokhang Temple, you have to pass through Barkhor Street where you will find many Tibetan people go to chant and sing. For tourists this is also a commercial street with lots of Tibetan artworks and souvenirs and it bustles with visitors from many different countries

Day10: drive to Gyantse via Yamdrok lake. Bisit to the fort and White Pagoda Monastery. Overnight hotel at Gyantse.
Yamdrok Lake With in the boundary of Nankartse, the Yamdrok Lake covers an area of 800 sq. km. with 4400 m above sea level. Yamdrok means the upper pastureland and "Tso" means sea in Tibetan. When overlooking the Yamdrok Tso Lake, it may be thought as if a gigantic sapphire inland in a surrounding of mountains, which look extremely beautiful.
Day11: Drive from Gyantse to Shigatse. Pm visit to Tashilunpo monastery. Overnight at Hotel.
Tashihunpo MonasteryTashilunpo Monastery is located on the southern slope of the Nyima Mountain to the west of the Shigatse city. It represents the Tibetan super architecture art in the Last Tibetan spirit. The monastery attracts thousands of Buddhists and tourists from domestic and abroad to travel and worship every year
Day12: Drive to Xegar along the Himalayan mountains and continue drive to Rongbuk monastery at the foot of the Mount Everest. Overnight guest house.
Rongbuk Monastery was built in 1899, as a Nyingmapa monastery since it was said that once Padmasambhava, founder of Nyingmapa, preceded his religious cultivation here.
Day13: Am trek to Everest Base Camp(7kms), PM back to Rongbuk then drive to Xegar for the overnight at the hotel.
Mt. Everest is also known as Mt.Qomolangma, meaning Goddess Third in Tibet, is the highest peak in the world. The 8,848 meters (29,028 feet) high peak, snow capped throughout the year.read more
Day14: Very early departure to Zhangmu to cross the border to Nepal. Met by the Nepal guide at Kodari and continue drive to Katmandu. Overnight at Hotel.
Zhangmu Port is built along a winding road that is lined with private homes, shops, restaurants and government buildings. The booming border trade attracts merchants from inland China, Tibet and Nepal
Day15: Full day visit to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and the medieval city of Bhaktapur.
Pashupatinath Temple The temple of Pashupatinath, or Pashupati, is located in Deopatan, a little town 3 km northwest of Kathmandu. It is a Hindu temple, dedicated to a manifestation of Shiva called Pashupati (Lord of Animals). It attracts thousands of pilgrims each year and has become well known far beyond the Kathmandu Valley.
Boudhanath On the eastern side of Kathmandu...is the huge stupa of Boudhanath, the largest stupa in Nepal and one of the largest in the world. It is the religious centre for Nepal's considerable population of Tibetans and there are a number of thriving monasteries and many small shops selling Tibetan artefacts.
the medieval city of Bhaktapur Localted in the smallest district of Nepal, at an altitude of 1401 meters in the town of Bhaktapur covers an area of about four square miles. Bhaktapur, which means "city of enthusiasts" has the charm of the Middle Ages and the visitors to this ancient city with a large number of cultural wonders and artistic achievements. The fame of Malla governments to bear Durbar (Palace) Square. The pottery and weaving are the traditional industries. The town lies about 14 km east of Kathmandu.
Day16: visit to the Swayambhunath, Curbar Square and Patan city. Visit to the handicraft center on the way back.
Patan City TourThis ancient city is situated on the southern bank of the river Bagmati and is about 6 kms south of Kathmandu. The city is full of Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples with fine bronze gateways, guardian deities and wonderful carvings. Noted for its craftsmen and metal workers, it is known as the city of artists. Patan is the oldest of the three ancient cities of the Kathmandu valley which once ruled by the mallas. Patan is still populated mostly by Newars, two-thirds of them being Buddhist.
Kathmandu Durbar SquarePatan Durbar SquarePatan Durbar Square complex, situated in the center of Patan city, also known as Lalitpur, houses the residence of the former Patan royal family. Patan Square and its surroundings are good specimen of ancient Newari architecture. There are three main courtyards in the palace: Mul Chowk, Sundari Chowk and Keshav Narayan Chowk. Mul Chowk, the oldest one, is at the centre of Patan square.
Day17: Transfer to airport to depart.
